The organization needed a platform to manage their vendors and contracts. They wanted an effective process for onboarding and offboarding of vendors , contract creation and renewals of contract upon several level of approvals and automatic contract renewal reminder process.

The Vendor Manager workspace application was proposed and configured for the client, leveraging ServiceNow's digital workflows for vendor onboarding and offboarding. Process forms were created and published on the company's portal, and a contract registration process was developed. ServiceNow's out-of-the-box tables and forms were tailored to meet the client’s specific requirements.

Configured catalog items for Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Offboarding, and Contract Creation, and set up the Vendor Manager Workspace to streamline access to vendors and contracts using ServiceNow’s capabilities. Developed workflows for multiple approval levels, ensuring vendor and contract records are accurately registered in the system. Customized email notifications were created for user approvals, record creation updates, and contract renewal reminders. By automating the contract renewal reminder process, manual repetitive tasks were reduced, saving hours of effort. This setup simplifies the management of vendors, their assets, and contracts on a single platform.
