Looking back at the year that’s gone by!

As we mark the 4th anniversary of SGITAL, here we look back at our financial year 2020-21 with a quick glance on performance, and key highlights of our company.

Despite the obvious challenges of 2020, we have so many reasons to be proud of this year!

As a quick overview on the financial extreme, it gives us immense pleasure to announce that we wound up this year with a 3x YoY revenue growth (200%). With more than 8 retained customers, we delightedly extended our customer base with 5 new customers. Some of the Digital Workflow projects that the team has worked upon this year include:

• ServiceNow Customer Service Management workflows
• ServiceNow IT Asset Management workflows
• Now platform enabled custom applications e.g. include a time management application, legal contract management application, etc.
• ServiceNow Risk and Security workflows
• ServiceNow IT Service Management workflows
• Digital Invoice processing application built on Azure with image recognition and OCR.
• Consulting and training providing value to customers with our expertise in ServiceNow.
• We continue to provide expertise and delivery capabilities to our partner organisations, helping them deliver their projects successfully.

We take pride in announcing that SGITAL has received a 5/5 Customer Satisfaction score from all our surveys this year, which reflects the values that we deliver to our customers.

We know that at the heart of success is our strong team with shared goals. SGITAL family has grown 2.5x from the beginning of last year, wholeheartedly welcoming new joiners. Being the Premier partner of ServiceNow, we follow through continuous learning for the team and added 16 new ServiceNow Certifications, taking our total certification count to 52.

The core values of our company are innovation, transparency and grit, and our accomplishments this year reflects those values.
